Sono 50 invece i km messi nelle gambe nell’ultima settimana di gennaio con un allenamento sprint di 45′ al sabato che forse pesa sulle gambe nell’ora e mezza prevista nel giorno dopo. Ma come dico sempre #nonsimollaunpasso e a 70 giorni da Roma si lavora come sempre a gran ritmo!<\/p>\n
