Corsa ridotta di meno di 1\/3 rispetto al previsto per non sovraccaricare la caviglia al rientro dopo l’inattivit\u00e0 dovuti alla brutta distorsione rimediata 23 giorni fa. Caviglia fasciata, corso con le scarpe che stringevano meno, sono arrivate sensazioni contrastanti: fastidio che si fa sentire abbastanza all’inizio per scemare con il riscaldamento dei muscoli durante la corsa ma che non passa mai del tutto, da l\u00ec la decisione di non forzare. Nota positiva: il non essere al 100% mi ha “costretto” a correre lento come richiesto dell’allenamento \ud83d\ude09 L’importante oggi era riprendere a correre, anche dal punto di vista psicologico.
